This is her reploid character (I think) Len. Well... I tried to look up more info on her and didn't find anything in Sephi's gallery. I suppose I should have checked scraps.... >.> Anyways.... she sent me that line art to color. Specifically and stuff! So like... I totally have permission! (please excuse me, I must now go kill my inner Cali Girl. Like totally!) I seem to be getting faster at this. I tried a slightly different technique where all the flat base colors, even the background, are on one layer. I started out by coloring the background (because the sky really needed to be done first to get the gradient look) the blocking the color into the line art. The smooth shading I'm going for looks almost like Adobe-ish gradients. I'm so happy! *sniff* I hope this looks like a digital painting, that's just where I keep putting these things! But that's the look I'm going for! O:
